Privacy notice

This notice covers lotresolve.com and the LotResolve demo at demo.lotresolve.com. LotResolve is a brand of AOSIQ LLC ("we", "us").
It does not cover the LotResolve service our customers use to run their yards. Information a towing company records in LotResolve about vehicles, owners and payments is handled under our agreement with that company.
What we collect
When you start the demo
The demo form asks for your name, company name and work email, and optionally your phone number. We also record the IP address the request came from and that it came from this website.
When you visit either site
Both sites are delivered through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address, browser details and the pages you request in order to deliver them and to protect the sites from abuse, for example by limiting how often a demo can be started. The demo's own servers also record the IP address and the pages requested, in their logs.
What you do inside the demo
The demo is a sample yard with made-up vehicles and people, and anything you enter is erased when it is rebuilt every night. Please don't enter real personal information into it.
Cookies and tracking
lotresolve.com sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The demo keeps your sign-in in your browser's storage so the demo works, and stores its own app files there so it loads quickly. A demo sign-in expires after an hour.
How we use it
- To open the demo for you.
- To follow up about LotResolve, since starting the demo tells us you are interested.
- To keep the sites secure and working, and to stop abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the providers that host and deliver the sites for us, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Details from the demo form are kept for as long as we need them to follow up on your interest, and deleted when they are no longer needed or when you ask. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting. What you do inside the demo is erased every night.

On servers in the United States.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time. Email admin@aosiq.com.
Security
Both sites are served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to the information we hold is limited to the people who need it.
Children
LotResolve is a service for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
